This was a volunteer spot but I was responsible for growing and working with a team of 30 5th-6th Grade football players.

• Instilled discipline and principles of good sportsmanship in players.
• Collaborated with fellow coaches to exchange ideas, improve practice routines, and share resources.
• Created a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations, following through with consequences, and rewarding hard work or dedication to the team.
• Motivated athletes to become stronger, more agile, and more effective through training habits and proper nutrition.
• Maintained open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child''s progress and addressing any concerns promptly.

This is also a volunteer position that I was offered by the head coach of Colton High School.

Currently I am the head defensive coordinator for the freshman team and I coach a defensive group on the Varsity level.

At these positions I am able to interact with the kids that are new to the sport and help guide them into being well rounded young men.

I am responsible for managing the field before and after practice aswell as making sure equipment is accounted for.

Worked with offensive and defensive coaches to develop cohesive football program.

Established strong team culture and values to promote teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship.
