Witham Companies is a residential home-building company in Helena, MT. I spent the majority of the time:

• Framing houses (Setting trusses, building interior & exterior walls, etc. )
• Installing interior doors
• Installing trim
• Preparing trim

What the work entailed:

• High level of precision and problem-solving to ensure quality craftsmanship

I managed many small projects on the jobsite independently, where I was productive while also achieving expectations. I provided direction to a younger employee, delegating tasks and helping ensure work was completed to standard. Through this role, I developed:

I worked as a technician at a regenerative medicine and chiropractic clinic, where I:
