Since 2023 volunteering within the community has been my focus. Below I have listed a few of the organizations that I support:

• Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority - Board Chair

The DDA is a volunteer board that is Mayor appointed, City Council approved. The Board's purpose is to analyze the impact of economic changes and growth in the DDA district of Harbor Springs and to develop plans in coordination with City Council and the Planning Commission to promote orderly economic growth. Our mission is to retain current businesses and to bring new businesses into Downtown Harbor Springs through enhancement and promotions.

• Enhanced team performance by providing regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff members.
• Collaborated with executive leadership to establish long-term objectives, drive growth initiatives, and align regional efforts with corporate goals.
• Increased customer satisfaction with timely resolution of escalated issues and proactive communication on product updates.
• Trained all new stores teams to prepare the staff for store openings. My focus was operations, how to deliver the best customer service experience that followed the Company culture and product knowledge to assure the team felt comfortable delivering an experience that would drive sales.
