• Care for Pre-Operative and Phase 1 Post-Operative patients in a 5 bed Pre-Op and a 10 bed PACU
• Work closely with anesthesiologists and surgeons to provide care for a variety of post-surgical patients ranging from simple outpatient procedures to complex thoracic surgeries
• Administer procedural sedation and assist with peripheral nerve blocks, invasive monitoring line placement and epidural pain control
• Maintain certification in my specialty, CPAN

Registry RN 2001- 2006

• Floated to Monitered Care Unit, PACU, Cardiac Rehab, Detox Unit and Behavioral Health Unit
• Provided  nursing care to patients, accountable for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care delivered to the patient on these units

Monitored Care Unit RN 1997-2001

• Provided  nursing care for patients In the Monitored Care Unit which was the step down unit from ICU

Chemical Dependency Unit 1995-1997

• Provided nursing care for patients undergoing Detox and patients post Detox in group therapy                 

Registered Nurse on Med- Surg Unit.

• Provided direct patient care for patients on the med-surg unit and Special Care Area which held less stable patients
