Fundraising Lead Representative
- Work on a daily basis with fundraising callers helping them with their daily needs throughout the day. Helping them with any computer issues or problems with their calls.
- Do weekly coaching with each caller to help them improve to make sure our clients get the best possible outcomes.
- Do weekly quality control on at least one call per week to help them to consistently improve.
- Send daily reports.
- Work with many programs like Word and all Five 9 applications.
- Retrieve and respond to emails one day a week.
- Work with my manager to seek solutions to why campaigns
are not doing well and how to improve productivity and send reports.
Before being promoted I was a caller and called on all available campaigns including Mid-level and Planned Giving calls
