My Dad was diagnosed with early on set Alzheimer's in 2015

I assisted in his over all care with the help of my nurse practitioner mother all while maintaining my job as hairstylist at JcPenney Salon, often working a second job.

I took care of his daily tasks such as:

Bathing

Dressing

Preparing and feeding meals

Assistance in restroom, cleaning and changing adult diapers

Dispensing medicine

Worked closely with CNA nurse and Hospice

I ultimately took care of him at his bedside until his death in March of 2021
