I came to honey pie when Travis Miranda (second owner) just bought it. He opened a new location at McMinville, OR. Nothing was organized. Nobody knew that they were doing. It was hard to work. I was making dough every morning and was doing prep list after that. I was the youngest person at the kitchen. At the end of the summer, Travis was asking me to quit school and be a manager at Honey Pie. He was impressed of a high school student being that responsible. I was working on the weekends for a whole school year. It was an amazing experience.
I love doing all those things. They help me relax.
