I have progressed as a field tech over the past 15 years. I have been a part of multiple projects along the way. I was a signature home tech and intelligent home tech under Time Warner Cable. I also spent 3 in the role of Lead Tech assisting the MOD answering tech phone calls and help with routing issues. I have also been a fiber tech for about 2 years where I regularly participated in the Fiber Storm project. I am currently participating in the High Split project working with the Maintenance Dept swapping amplifiers and line extenders.
At ABX Air/ Airborne express I worked as a sort facility lead overseeing 10-15 employee at a time monitioring production, quality, and accuracy in freight handling. I was responsible for communication with management in multipile departments to notify of freight volume issues and ensuring freight routing was being performed accurately.
I was responsible for detailed receiving of all merchandise entering the building. Along with also scheduling the carrier deliveries, inventory audits, maintenance of all forklift equipment, communications with management and supervisors throughout the store. While also supervising a crew of 8-15 employees at the same time.
