This project involves Enhancement, Development, Design, support & maintenance of the Motorola Solutions Production E-Commerce site

• Responsibilities include working on JIRA tasks, Code Fixes, BugFixes
• Respond promptly to incidents and work collaboratively to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Analyze root causes of incidents to identify and implement preventive measures to minimize their recurrence.
• Document incident responses and lessons learned to enhance our incident handling processes.
• Participate in capacity planning exercises to anticipate future workloads and make proactive recommendations to expand or optimize infrastructure resources.
• Work with development teams to review architecture design to ensure high availability and proper disaster recovery strategy

• keeping track of the overall health of the E-Commerce Site by addressing recurring issues/post-production defects through Problem management
• Managing the E-Commerce Operations team, working on customer priority issues during the Onsite hours
• Extracting periodic QA/QC reports of customer, pricebook, product to find out the issues and address them proactively before it appears to the end user, enabling new products and customers in Oracle Commerce Cloud.

• This project involves End Customer Configuration Portal development, Data Migration between two Systems, Database building, automation SQL jobs, Application testing, and Implementation enhancement requests from end users after go-live of the product.
• Responsibilities include working as a senior web application Developer for End Customer Configuration Portal (individual contributor)
• Gathering Requirements from the Client and converting them into technical design
• Design and Development of the web application (Spring MVC+Jquery+JSP+Ajax+MSSQL)
• Setting up Database and Hosting Server
• Creating MSSQL Tables,Triggers,Functions,Procedures for periodic sync between the the Source and Destination Systems, creating Linked Server to access the Source Databases
• Working with Firewall and Networking teams for the application enablement.
• Creating data flow diagram and Master Entity Relationship Diagram, delivering all the deliverables in Agile Methodology using JIRA Sprint Planning, facilitating release management, ensuring development process meets target/milestones dates

This project involves Maintenance and Enhancement activities on Indirect Procurement Application

• The specific activities involved are Implementation of development and enhancement requests, scheduling jobs in Productions, performance tuning, development of interfaces, and resolving production issues in Global Procurement Tool
• Suggesting code fixes when bugs are identified, handling, Data cleaning, Data consolidating.
• Indirect procurement order monitoring/fixes, performing data fix and code fix, requirement analysis for enhancements/changes
• Providing weekly status to the clients on the application related issues, coordinating with Onsite team in analyzing the incidents and determining their impact on the system
• Automating any manual process using code fix/additions or deploying new code, keeping track of new go-live activities in the application
• Ensuring daily activities like shipping transaction process and rectifying any slippages in the transaction processing in Order management, configuring and customizing workflows to match business requirements
