Project:Siebel Americas CRM

The Siebel America’s Service CRM platform has over 4000 users within the United States and Canada and is integrated with many other Applications
and Interfaces. Siebel customized systems are subject to critical quality assurance to maintain compliance with regulations. Errors may cause significant disruption to business, revenue and impact patient safety. The person doing this work is expected to possess great analytical skills to recommend solutions and debug issues. To Incorporate all these modalities and their respective business processes into a single application and interface the data to subsequent systems need a highly technical resource with very good programming skills and domain knowledge.

• Developed a PL/SQL procedure to automate IB data preparation for ServiceMax migration, enhancing data accuracy and efficiency.
• Working as the technical lead for the IB data remediation project is a foundational technical dependency for SMAX readiness. The scope includes structurally aligning and cleansing US and Canada IB data so that Siebel data can be migrated into SMAX in a way that aligns with the SMAX target state, and supports service execution, entitlements, and downstream integrations at go-live.
• Leading the Siebel team, I delivered 28 enhancements and 30 defect fixes across 4 Siebel releases in the Install Base and FMI spaces. These user stories enabled new features for the business, such as Smarteeva integration for FMI and interface changes to eDHR/QP, PQW, MWS, EOM, and GLPROD to support new modalities.
• Participate in architectural calls to understand the requirements, feasibility, and impact of existing functionalities.
• Primarily involved in the configuration and development of the Siebel Life Science application.
• Build a report and dashboard for displaying data in an easy-to-understand format, and share the resulting insights with the manager for closing CAPA.
• Communicated production impact details to management, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Debug issues with the help of Siebel object manager logs, server logs, spool files, and workflow instance monitoring. Also, design a strategy to perform proactive daily health checks of the server, system performance, and application availability.

Project: Siebel CRM USCAN – IB Stabilization

Client is a significant international healthcare business engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of ethical (prescription) pharmaceuticals and supply for healthcare services. New module developed as a part of this release will help the sales agents create the assessment and have related questions with the evaluations.

• Developed custom business services, CRM EAI business services, integration objects, EAI data mapper, EAI XSLT service, XML converter, and EAI HTTP to synchronize Part Tracker data with external systems.
• Generated WSDL files using inbound web services and posted at middle ware
• Executed EIM tasks and prepared IFB files to streamline data integration.
• Worked on manifest administration to associate CRM Open UI PR, PM files to CRM objects-Applets and Views
• Contributed to development of EOM and eDHR interfaces to enhance system interoperability.
