Description: SCLM - GITHUB migration project is a project to migrate 140 applications source code from SCLM source control to GITHUB source repository.

Roles and Responsibilities in Project:

• Responsible for migrating the source code from SCLM to GITHUB.
• Verify the Dependency Based Build (DBB) logs to ensure the DBB created with a clean report. Stage the modified source code from local repository to remote repository and trigger PIPELINE request to merge the release branch with Main branch and deploy the changes in UAT & PROD regions.
• Conducted training sessions on the use of specific applications for users at all levels of expertise.
• Documented processes used during development including code libraries, databases and other components used during implementation.

Description: Customer Information File (CIF) provides the information of Truist customers and accounts for all LOB's (Line of Business) by providing the ability for the customer information to be received from and distributed to all channels. It is a central repository for client demographics and banking relationships. CIF stores: Client basic details like Name, Address, phone numbers, Identification details, Account basic details like Account Type and Account title, Opt-out status of client-to-client Relationships, Client to Account Relationships. The CIF system provides data to many interfacing applications via batch and online processes.

Roles and Responsibilities in Project:

• Responsible for providing status and presenting support metrics to clients.
• Worked on various analysis Requests from Client and provided the solution.
• Understanding and gathering requirements from Clients for the projects which come under 80 hours of estimation.
• Establish effective working relationship between team and client.
• Coordinate the work with offshore team and ensure work is delivered in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with development team for production and test failures, also for future enhancements.
• Prepare SQL queries to do database testing for IBM DB2 databases and tables.
• Maintain Green screens and enhance CICS modules according to requirement.
• Conducted knowledge transfer, reviews and Quality checks on the deliverables.
• Coordinated with offshore, onsite, QA, scheduling, change management, business, and inter-dependent teams.
• Prepared High level and Low Technical Design Doc as per Business design doc provided by Business system analyst.
• Maintenance of JCLS, PROCS, PARMS and Loads for application.
• Write complex queries using IBM SPUFI to perform various operations on database.
• Monitoring the batch and working on the production issues resolve job abends.
• Identified the Root causes of prod and test job abends and preparing RCA documents for the same.
• Ensure that there is no SLA breach, all contractual agreements are met.

Description: SunTrust Bank is a US regional bank, two regional banks (SunTrust & BB&T) are merged and become a TRUIST bank now. Main objective of a Merger project is migrating a selected applications (Like Online Banking, Credit Card, FSCM, Deposit, etc.) from SunTrust to TRUIST.

Roles and Responsibilities in Project:

• Responsible for Analysis, design, development, testing and support implementation of business solutions for new implementations.
• Deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.
• Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.
• Responsible for effective communication to the customer.
• Translate client's functional requirement into design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and technical experience in Mainframe, Windows & IBM CMOD in conjunction with industry and business skills to deliver solutions to customer.
