• Application of machine learning models to understand factors influencing various biophysical methods
• Implementing Design of Experiments using statistical analysis software (JMP)
• Data Visualization using GraphPad, JMP, R, and Python
• Characterization of proteins using techniques such as SDS-PAGE, UV-Vis, ELISA, pH, N-terminal sequencing, SEC, DLS, CG-MALLS, SEC-MALLS, CE-SDS, Fluorescence
• Design and develop host cell protein assays
• Perform calculations and data manipulations, analyze and interpret data with minimal/no supervision
• Summarize and provide data in concise format for peer-reviewed publications, regulatory documents, etc.
• Present at department and project team meetings
• Write experimental protocols or method SOPs with minimal guidance
• Maintain accurate and complete safety records consistent with company policy and legal requirements
• Anticipate and recognize potential problems with laboratory supplies and equipment
• Design and execute experiments independently and communicate with management
