Systematic Electrical Engineer experienced in managing electrical project lifecycle from design phase to delivery and implementation. Polished in analyzing, troubleshooting and developing solutions. Consistently delivers engineering services to meet company, customer and statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget.

• Sr.Project Engineer:
• MEP systems installation. (MV/LV panel, HVAC; chilled water system, Fire Fighting; conventional water sprinkler, pre-action sprinkler, fire hose reels & fire pump room, Electrical, ELV, BMS, Plumbing & Drainage) following all technical details, documentation, drawings, manufacturers' recommendation, and standards.
• Instruct Eng. /subordinates on detailed procedures to execute the project smoothly.
• Comprehensively understand the scope of the contract with respect to their respective field, and its subsequent development/implementation in an approved manner.
• Execute the relevant international standards / local regulations/standards and practices and adopt the same applicable.
• Proactive coordination with civil contractors/subcontractors for effective execution of works.
• Coordinating and monitoring all sub-contractor's work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is in full compliance with the contract specification, and project quality plan and is completed on time.
• Prepare BOQ / Estimation as per the site visit.
• Planning and controlling the project schedule
• Attending technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and designers.
• Handling claims/variation orders with the cost department and attending the variation meetings with the client.
• Reviewing and advising technical submissions & shop drawings/As-Built Drawings" and O & M Manuals
• Initiate/prepare Engineering /Material submittal, Vendor approvals, RFI's / ITP's / Method statements, etc.
• Prepare the schedule of work / Bill of Materials and float the inquiries for subcontract works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.
• Evaluate offers and prepare a comparative statement with respect to technical as well as commercial parameters.
• Carry out necessary follow-ups with vendors/suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution/delivery of the ordered items. Inspect (in conjunction with QC Engineer) the material delivered to the site stores and thereupon prepare /submit the inspection request to the Consultants.
• Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials, and methods of installation approved for the project.
• Prepare and project any requirement with respect to materials, plant and tools and manpower, or any other items whatsoever required for the timely /safe execution of respective services/activities.
• QA / QC Engineer:
• Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirements.
• Review the mechanical/electrical works checklist, as-built drawing, and related quality control documents for the final drossier.
• Site inspection and co-ordinate with construction to implement the work completed in compliance with code in accordance with the specification. Coordinate inspections with Consultant / Client and communicate with project team
• Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI (Request for inspection) for witness/hold point etc.
• Report deviations from approved plans and specifications
• Review all materials received on the site, inspecting them, and ensuring they are as per approval.
• Conduct testing within the required specification and monitor the frequency of testing.
• Attend and participate in QA/QC meetings.
• Proactively supervise the closure of NCRs, suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.
• Liaise with the construction execution team management resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
• Overall quality supervision for MEP works.
• At site inspection time, follow safety rules & regulations at different hazards area
• Comply, implement, and participate in the improvement of established ISO QMS & EHSMS procedures/documentation and maintain record keeping.
• Ensuring that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
• Supporting and promoting all QHSE policies and procedures implemented by the company.
• Preparing PQP, ITP, and other QA/QC documents that may be requested by Project Manager.
• Reviewing material submittal and its compliance statement before forwarding to consultant's approval.
• Reviewing shop drawings before submission to a consultant
• Preparing O & M Manuals in coordination with the site management team.
• Inspecting sites daily with consultants.
• Maintaining a log and visiting the store with a consultant for permanent material inspection.
• Coordinating for an internal quality audit.
• Closing the NCRs in coordination with Management Representative/Quality Manager.
• Interacting with the project team in Quality requirements.
• Completing the testing and commissioning tasks at the project(s) as per project progress.
• Maintaining all QA and QC documents legible.
• Conducting the factory visit for testing of different equipment such as Stand by AHU, Generator, Fire Fighting Pumps, etc before dispatching to site.
