  • I have over 36 months totaling over 33 years of overall experience as a mechanic/technician on a large variety of equipment in addition to actual supervisor time at FMS4.

  • I served as a temporary FMS4 Shop Supervisor for over a year and gained the experience required of me to be a supervisor.

  • I have worked with GCSS-Army and other programs dealing with analytics and how Power BI and Vantage are taking analytics to the next level in breaking down information in a method where only the needed information is displayed for higher-echelon leadership.
  • I also understand that ensuring the information is collected and tabulated accurately is a priority.
  • I have prioritized, scheduled, and assigned the workload for mechanics to perform scheduled and unscheduled services.
  • Taking into consideration the work requirements and prioritizing equipment to meet deadlines.
  • Once the services were performed, I performed and supervised the inspection of the work performed and instructed inspecting personnel on the vitality of the inspection process.
  • Training personnel is vital in ensuring they gain and maintain the knowledge necessary to keep up with the changing technology necessary to maintain, diagnose, and service equipment in today's equipment field.
  • I have completed all courses at Camp Dodge and attained the level of Senior Maintenance Mechanic and returned to set up and utilize the MSDV4 in the shop including Viper Diagnostics.
  • Taking the time to diagnose the actual problem rather than replacing parts or components in some cases saves thousands of dollars in parts and minimizes downtime.
  • I have over 36 months of experience in communicating efficiently with my supervisors, co-workers, subordinates, and customers/units.
