  • Successfully launched 5 Fitness Center Franchises for Jetts Fitness & Snap Fitness. Following strong sales campaigns and staff management, all franchises achieved considerable growth and total ownership within the first 12 months of opening.
  • Implemented WLAN and Security Camera products into Distribution and Retail Channels for D-Link Australia. Managed 3 Distributors, 14 Resellers and 112 Staff. Fastest growth division for the Asia-Pacific region targeted at Retail and Small Business.
  • Managed major Distribution account of Ingram Micro ($18m). This was one of D-Link Australia's largest accounts.
  • Professional Rugby League Athlete - Australia and UK.

  • Single Handedly managed Mobility rollout of smartphone devices to 190 technicians including remote management software and support for MASTEC AT during the DirecTV contract.
  • Was an integral part of achieving success of KPI's making the Charlotte office a top 3 division for the Western Carolina's.
  • Launched EV2 Sportswear's US office expansion winning major contracts with National Governing Body for Supply, Design and Support to all National teams and Club teams.
  • Successfully Founded and launched USA Women's Rugby League. From the development of players, marketing, tournaments, and international fixtures, this all lead to a World ranking never been achieved before.

I have found that my distinct set of qualities and abilities inspire and guide others to achieve success. I have found that whilst some leadership styles may vary, certain fundamental characteristics define a true leader. Within all that I learnt in the sports industry as a part of a team, I have integrated those skills to mold a career to enable collective success.

Being approachable and adaptable in business means possessing certain qualities and behaviors that facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and adjustment in the workplace. I always aim to foster a sense of trust and create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages open communication and collaboration amongst my team members.
