At Johnson Farms, when I worked there I learned that safety was there number one priority. Over that time I oversaw thousands of pigs and made sure they got onto a truck on time. That process takes a lot of time and effort, making sure they are fed right, vaccinated, and moved around so they aren't confined to other pigs that might have diseases. Moving pigs take a lot of strategic effort because they are stubborn and mean. So, as a team we had to collaborate and troubleshoot for the best soulution. It takes a lot of patience and communication when it comes to moving pigs making sure no one gets hurt in the process.
