Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience. Taking HR Interviews for the short listed candidates. Negotiate salaries and make offers to the prospective candidates., Briefing new joinee about policies, code of conduct of company etc. Managing all related documents such as previous employer relieving; educational certificates and other documents etc. Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure all things such as workstation, e-mail, Visting cards are ready after candidate joins the organization. Regularly interacting with the new joinee to ensure that they get familiarized with the organization. Administration of joining papers to the new joinees. Preparing Appointment Letters, Offer Letter, Confirmation Letters etc. Releasing welcome mails for new joinees., Responsible for payroll processing for all employees, which indicates leave policy, new joinee details, terminated employees details etc. Processing the salary deduction/changes to the finance deptt according to changed govt. rules. Maintaining Attendance and Leave record., Maintaining and preparing various MIS reports related to employees. Uploading the Eligibility documents on the portal. Checking errors in the employment status. Sending alerts on probation uplifting, National Minimum Wages, Retirement etc. Maintaining the database of Leave, Attendance etc., Handling employee grievances, misconduct and resolving the same Insubordination. Adherence of HR Policies and Practices. Keeping track of birthdays of the employees., Processing of Resignation formalities, Full and Final Settlements etc. Processing of Reliving letter, Experience Letter etc. Conducting the Exit interviews and collecting the feedback.
