• Responsible for scheduling the team from open to close on weekly basis Using a Digital platform (hot schedules).This provides me a clear vision if the Team is under Or over staffed in any given department and when hiring or Training is required. The Highlight are then discussed in monthly occurring Meetings with other Senior and Junior managers.
• Hands-on collaboration with my team helps me assess their competencies And Pinpoint areas for potential training. Their performance provides insight Into Whether they are equipped to handle high-volume shifts which further Helps me Decide where to fit the right candidate while scheduling.
• Being multilingual in five languages enhances my ability to interact personally With Team members and often times Engaging in conversations in Spanish With some Team members who are native speakers helps me enhance my Proficiency which is Fairly my newest ongoing learning language.

• Often times when there is a callout and no availability through employees, I Stepped In to cover entire shift that were otherwise uncovered, utilizing my Training in Different departments to ensure smooth operations. Hectic but Also helps me get Insight of how it actually feels like on ground level and Noticing the areas which can Be further developed.

This role was soon offered to me when i started working with this company from Being just a bartender. This role was a mix of training and working on several Departments on a live shift for couple of months. As an associate manager, I have Gained extensive knowledge about ground-level operations, which has Significantly strengthened my foundational skills.

During my time as an associate manager, I attended an annual meeting with the Company's CEO and Director of Operations representing the only TGI Fridays Location in the bay area. This opportunity allowed me to gain recognition within The Company and contributed to my subsequent title promotion.

• Undergoing a rigorous and extensive training program has made me a strong Candidate for promotion within the company. At one point my abilities proved That I am trained in more departments than any other manager in the Building, Including the Assistant General Manager.
• The team followed a structure for years for tip distribution among different Departments other than the front end bartenders/servers and i realized a flaw And offered a better system which i later tested and implemented when my Title allowed me which helped the team with fair money distribution.
• Overtime built a reputation and relations with regular customers and new Customers by offering them becoming a reward member with TGI Fridays Which led in maintaining and growing sales. some local schoold and Companies have done monthly or annual meetings with their team in Tgi Fridays with my reference.
• Promoted local marketing by handing out specialty coupons and offers to Some local establishments and schools on a weekly basis to bring more Traffic.

This was an opportunity received by the landlord of the property i was living in which is the result of my social skills. It led me towards becoming responsible and punctual with residents and surroundings.

• Ensured that all rent payments were collected on time by following up with delinquent tenants.
• Organized regular meetings between owners and tenants to discuss any issues or concerns they may have.

This opportunity was one of the biggest in terms of becoming financially independent. started as a cashier then soon took over the manager title and eventually took over the business with two more associates. Unfortunately the ownership was given back due to pandemic in 2020.

• Developed relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices.
• Developed strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Implemented efficient systems for tracking stock movement.

This was my one of the first opportunity for work after i moved to United States. this coffee shop is located next to University of California Berkeley and working with young students from all around the world helped me become familiar with Native American English even more. A private owned establishment brought more learning opportunities while overlooking/working in a high volume fast paced running operation.
