Garnel Campbell

I am a former Detective Constable with a fairly short but decorated career in law enforcement, dedicated to solving criminal cases. I am result-driven, hardworking and conscientious, with high integrity and good clear-up rates. Throughout my tenure as a police officer I was known for skillfully obtaining evidence and statements including full confessions, using both modern and traditional policing techniques. I am also a Bachelorette trained teacher who prides himself in offering outstanding instruction through effective communication, coupled with organizational and multitasking abilities. The object of my ambition is to employ my knowledge, skills and experience, with commitment and excellence, towards the realization of the objectives and mission of the organization that I serve, while I endeavor to realize my professional dream.

• Cleared four (4) of six (6) murder cases investigated during tenure as a Detective Constable.
• Secured a plethora of convictions for cases involving offences against the Dangerous Drugs Act, Towns and Communities Act, Offensive Weapons Act, Larceny Act, and the Offences Against the Person Act of Jamaica. (2015-2019)
• TVJ’s All Together Sing Studio Finalist with Irwin High School Choir (2012)
• J.C.D.C. multi-gold, silver and bronze medalist (1998-2014)
