Experienced in Assembly/Disassembly of PW1100, PW1500 Geared Turbo Fan Engines.

Experience Includes but not limited to:

• Installing mods such as LPT, LPC/FDG, MGB/AGB (Including driveshaft), Fan Case & Fan Blades.
• Signed off on all SOJTs for complete assembly and disassembly of both PW1100 & PW1500 for everything from MPL to QEC and BFE components.
• Using specialized Pratt & Whitney tooling, in accordance with appropriate Engine Manuals.
• Performing precision measurements. For Instance: LPT Run-out position, using torque multiplier on the PW1100 LPT coupling nut, and using Calipers on metering seals, Performing go no-go gauge on threads of PW1500 Fuel/Oil Cooler.
• Extensive Knowledge of OTIS-x, Power Plant Build Up, Pratt & Whitney Enginewise, Aircraft Fleet Manuals, Service Bulletins included in work scope, for proper Engine maintenance practices and Illustrated Parts Data.
• Daily Usage of GEM-MIRS for clocking onto work performed, non routine work, etc.
• MTAC Access for tool control and regulation.
• Signed off in Crane Hoist operation. (Always looks out for others during usage as this is a huge safety hazard)
