  • Apply sealcoating to protect asphalt surfaces using sealcoat buggy, squeegees and sprayers to create a smooth even finish.
  • Prepare roads and parking lots for paint markings using chalks lines and tape measures referencing a specific layout plan.
  • Mark asphalt for parking lines, crosswalks, ADA parking stalls, fire lane\no parking curbs and arrows using stencils and Graco paint machines.
  • Responsible for maintaining all equipment and vehicles including cleaning sealcoat tanker truck\sealcoat buggy free of dried material to prepare for projects, ensuring all required vehicle maintenance\repairs are completed.
  • Responsible for keeping a clean and organized building where vehicles, tools, equipment and materials are stored.
