- Alongside other English department staff, I helped develop a full unit plan for the book All American Boys, including lesson plans, class materials, slideshows, and interactive lessons to help deliver the material to students.
- Acted as classroom teacher for 4 separate 9th grade English classes from February 2023 to the beginning of April 2023. My responsibilities included developing lesson plans that fit the school's curriculum, adapting class materials to meet every student's individual learning needs, working individually with students on class assignments, and teaching these lessons in 5 different 44-minute blocks each day.
- Taught 2 different AIS English classes, which were attended by students who received under a 65 in English the previous academic semester. In this class I identified individual learning needs for these students and developed a variety of accessible but challenging lessons to help students expand on their knowledge of English.
