Experienced Yoga Instructor and enthusiastic coach in health and wellness roles. Eager to help students improve wellness through Yoga, nutrition, exercise, and other aspects of health and wellness. For fiscal support I am employed as a member of the Outdoor service team at Champions Golf Club where I work to maintain club integrity, functionality, and experience for our members.
I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu recreationaly about three times per week, I workout every day of the week, often times being in a CrossFit style, I teach as well as practice yoga, and I am a new enthusiast of archery and bow shooting.
