  • Embarked on AMO contracted ships for 2 to 4 month periods acting as the vessels 3rd Engineer including the USNS Able, CS Global Sentinel, USNS Jack Lummus, and CS Durable.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of auxiliaries to include Ship Service Diesel Generators, Marine Sanitation Devices, Linear Cable Engines, Oil Purifiers, Water Purification, Emergency Equipment.
  • While underway and on watch, sole responsible person for the integrity of the power plant and required to respond to frequent alarms and abnormal conditions.
  • While in shipyard on the CS Durable, tasked with managing/completing maintenance revitalization tasks to meet USCG Standards for Skin Valves.
