Leadership Experience

Project lead in a redesign of Fort Hood fitness center to increase user functionality and optimize efficiency. The outcome of the project was an updated fitness center that reduced costs by $5M and increased the available footprint for soldiers. As the lead project manager, responsibilities included: recruitment of qualified personnel to execute the redesign, development of a work breakdown structure to lead the project and oversee the redistribution of resources. The end product was a completely redesigned fitness center which; reduced costs, increased space, and optimized performance for the organization.
