-Manage the full cycle recruiting process for 40+ Audio, Creative, QC & Digital Cinema requisitions.
-Meeting with hiring manager's to fully understand the needs and nuances of the role.
-Understand the manager’s requirements in addition to the job description.
-Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
-Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings/
-Take the time with candidates to create a positive candidate experience ensuring candidates understand the company culture and the requirements of the company.
-Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
-Perform reference checks as needed.
-Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
-Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
-Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
-Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and optimize the recruiting and hiring process, which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with store managers to understand staffing needs and skills required for openings.
- Work with managers to facilitate and ensure the appropriate training and tools are provided to all employees to help them succeed.
- Continuously improve the recruiting, on-boarding and training process.
- Partner with store managers on people related matters including retention, motivation and performance management of team members.
-Utilize creative wats to find, recruit, hire and retain employees.
-Develop and evolving recruiting strategy that ensures a pipeline of candidates are available for all retail locations.
