- Currently this is on the surgical recovery floor at Banner Wyoming Medical Center.
- Duties include checking students off on necessary skills for safe patient care and collaborating with staff nurses regarding appropriate patients for students.
- Other duties include running scenarios at the college simulation lab to reinforce concepts prior to patient contact.
- I am also responsible for grading clinical paperwork for student feedback to improve and encourage a positive clinical experience.

- Manage complex devices such as Balloon Pump (IABP), Impella (LVAD), and Prismaflex for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).
- Able to also manage patient with Intracranial Pressure monitoring and Extra Ventricular Drains in the neurology population.
- This ICU is a mixed ICU and has patients from all disciplines, Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurology, Trauma, Surgical, and Medical.
