With a proven track record at Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, I excel in crisis management and inmate supervision, showcasing strong stress tolerance and leadership. My experience spans various roles, significantly enhancing safety protocols and staff training, leading to a marked improvement in operational efficiency and conflict resolution. While working as a Correctional Deputy managed multiple teams in specific sectors of the facility. I created operational orders for the management of mental health inmates and high security inmates. My job required me to record inmate behavior and orchestrate precise scheduling for deputies and inmates. In the role of team leader, I compiled all documentation at presented it to my supervisors on a monthly basis. While managing multiple teams, I worked as a facility training officer. My job as a facility training officer required me to keep daily documentation of Deputy trainees using text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, visual aids and verbal feedback. All tools were used to adapt teaching styles towards specific individuals for maximum efficiently and problem solving.
