Through my time at Walmart I have been in so many different positions and I feel as though I have learned something new with each one. Being an associate taught me basic productivity and team work. Leading into my first department manager job in frozen, while I only had one associate there, I took responsibility over my area and really enjoyed seeing the progress and change I could make. In my first supervisor job, I had my first team of about twenty associates and this put me in many very difficult but crucial conversations to make me grow as not only an employee as a person and manager. Recently I was over the Online Grocery Business of the Anna Walmart and this helped me develop into the person I am today. I consistently pushed our team of over one hundred associates to not only be productive but truly push themselves everyday they came to work.
