Conduct daily rounds to inspect equipment for malfunctions and leaks.

Monitor well performance and adjust to maximize production

Perform maintenace on production equipment.

Troubleshooting issues and making necessary repairs.

Operate production equipment (separators, pumps, compressors, and tank batteries.)

Ensure compliance with enviromental regulations and safety protocols.

Supervise rig up/ rig down for multiple wells for well testing or coil tubing plug drill out.

Supervise crew, assign tasks, and ensure proper safety procedures were followed.

Assist with rigging up/ rigging down well heads ,zipper manifolds, and pressure test equipment for leaks.

Well testing equipment operation ( sand traps, choke manifolds, 4 phase separators).

Report hourly data accurately ( pressures, oil,water and gas rates, sand weights.)

• Rig up rig down frac stacks, zipper manifolds, well testing equipment
• Torque well head equipment to proper pressure
• Pressure Test equipment ( Frac stacks, well testing equipment)
• Rebuild equipment ( Frac valves, Plug valves, Manifolds, test separators)
• Drill outs ( coil tubing, work over rig, snubbing unit.)
• Run multiple wells, high volume, oil and gas wells
• Frac support (valve maintenance, screen out.)
• Interact with company leads

• I am accountable for testing high/low pressure oil and gas wells
• Oversee rig up/rig downs of all flowback equipment such as line heaters,3 phase separators, sand separators, flare stacks, plug-catchers and all other completions/productions equipment
• I was also responsible for repairing, testing, maintaining and adjusting company and customers equipment to minimize customer downtime and maximize customer satisfaction

• I established the completion from beginning of Frac to the end of Production
• I provided quality production testing and flowback services
• I operated and maintained testing equipment while in field
• I accurately monitored gauges and reported all well data while guaranteeing that data is presented accurately and proficiently
• I have a great understanding of daily field tickets, pricing and completion procedures
• I have a proven track record with offering training, assistance and leadership to new hires and trainees during operations
• It was valuable to me to maintain a quality relationship(s) with company field representatives

• Effectively rigged up a location for coil frac and flow back
• I successfully updated reports and remit reports off hourly or at the engineers' request
• Rigged up and down of well test equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing services during the production phase of a well and the preparation and maintenance of such equipment
