  • I worked as an electrical apprentice for 6 months this year and 6 months last year, with the same company. I left last year because my boss treated me with no respect. I came back to his company thinking it would be different, but I had to leave again due to the lack of respect I was given.
  • My role as an apprentice wasn't like a normal apprentice; I did pretty much everything my boss would do, running wire, making splices, putting up lights, outlets, switches, and building junction boxes. We mostly worked on Dunkin' Donuts remodels, as well as a few residential spots.

  • My senior year of high school, my friend and I opened an LLC to buy and resell land from the Carbon County tax claim bureau. We successfully sold four lots of land in the Pocono area, and we still own two lots. I left the LLC because I didn't see a future working with my current business partner, but we still work together to try and sell our remaining two properties. Working within the LLC, I did a couple of things: messaging and meeting with potential buyers, as well as setting up perk tests and paperwork to get ready for closing.

  • These are three jobs I've had while in high school, not quite sure what I wanted to do at the time.
  • At the Mountain Lake Lodge, I ran the cashier, ringing up people's orders, stocking the shelves, greeting customers, as well as taking phone calls to place orders.
  • At ACME, I was a stocker, and so basically all I did was stock shelves and help customers when needed.
  • At a quick check, I was a gas station attendant, greeting customers, pumping their gas, and handling cash.
