• SmurfitWestRock (March 2017 – current)
• As a conversion team member provided P2P extracts to support the conversion of Purchase orders and supporting data to SAP S4 team. Created queries to migrate master file data from JDE to S4/Hana. This included Vendor and Customer data based on the relevancy of the data. Produced various other ad hoc queries to support the Masterfile team
• Created product queries for radius, as400, and other systems to support a single domain of data for the Westrock data lake. Request tables to be added to the data lake to support business conversion activities.
• Designed solution to send purchase orders to a cloud based spend management solution. Designed and implemented the process to ensure documents were properly updated via JDE orchestrations. Created screens and reports to manage failed transmissions including workflow user defined objects.
• Designed a global update solution to update purchase order catalogs. Provided an audit of changes and a method for resetting price catalogs.
• Designed a solution for updates to the custom approvals to include approval of routes and rollbacks as needed. Worked with support group for design input and creating testing scripts.
• Lafarge (2005 – 2017)
• Design lead for sales system migration from JDEdwards to SAP R/3 solution. Lead the team to migrate sales systems to an existing Aggregate and Concrete solutions. Reviewed requirements and project planning to ensure successful project implementation.
• Preformed audit of Sales process to eliminate redundancy. Including improvement to returns and Credit process to improve AR and AP cash management.
• Optimized transportation reports to suppliers for payment efficiency. Removed redundant custom updates to vouchers that supported the report by linking the transportation record to the payment.
• Architect for Oracle WebCenter Imaging solution. Initial purpose for solution is to track Tax Certificates and Accounts Payable Invoice storage. Activities included coordinating hardware build, software selection and relationship with implementations provider. Provided project plan and proposed budget. Mentored new project manager in working with implementation provider and project plan.
• Prepared analysis of vouchering system to determine potential gain in efficiency. Redesigned Auto Vouchering System to accommodate the implementation of addition divisions. Designed and implemented the select receipts and the short payment process in invoice entry.
• Analyzed the P2P process to determine improvements to efficiency. Created an error resolution application to for Vouchering System. The application resulted in significant savings in time to resolve exceptions
• Designed and implemented a Requisition to Receipt utilizing approval processing. Designed changes to applications to promote the business requirements. Utilized the existing functionally with minor modifications to promote ease of use among the user community
• Design, test, and implemented Procurement system to meet functional requirements and support different regions and lines of business. Planned and conducted roll-out for end users in 5 regions for the Purchasing to Payment process
