I have worked in multiple fields largely relating to education, health, public communications and administration. I have excelled in each of these and have learned how to adapt my skills to any job setting. I bring a high level of competency and enthusiasm to every job. I host a large-scale public education show The French History Podcast, which has 20,000+ monthly listeners and 60,000+ monthly downloads.
I mentored hundreds of students every semester, leading lectures and discussion labs. I planned lessons and served administrative duties.
I reviewed charts and flagged incomplete or inaccurate information. Obtained necessary signatures on information release forms to obtain medical and treatment records from other service providers. Communicated effectively with staff, patients, and insurance companies by email and telephone. Maintained patient records in compliance with security regulations. Kept accurate log of requests for medical information and records. Processed medical records requests from outside providers according to facility, state, and federal law.
I was the personal researcher for nationally-published journalist and demographer Joel Kotkin. I assisted him by procuring data from the US census, think tank reports, collecting and processing data for publication.
I have published a dozen short stories and two fiction novels since 2008.
I taught English to primary-school children under the program Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF).
