• I have presented on positive reinforcement strategies and the reasons why positive reinforcement is important as well as presenting on trauma informed strategies for working with students

• I am responsible for meeting all of their academic needs, daily living skills as well as behavior needs

• Writing and complying with IEPs is a big part of my job responsibilities

• Created and managed IEPs to define student learning objectives and educational strategies, in addition to applying instructional knowledge and methods to support goals.

• I have worked with the district behavior team to help develop a program for their level C PBS rooms

• I am in charge of recording and evaluating data on goals of my students as well as reporting on that progress.

• As a behavior tech I was in charge of using the program to help manage behaviors in the classroom
• I was responsible for keeping data on program progress as well as data on their behavior goal
• I would work one on one with students on their school work as well as run small groups
• Going through the problem solving steps with the students to help them realize their choices and the consequences of those choices was a big part of my responsibilities
• I helped train staff for the school district on how the program worked and the importance of using it with fidelity.

• I was responsible for working with students of a variety of different goals from behavior to daily living, tracking them and recording the information
• I helped the students during the different services and therapies they received while at school
• If the children had bathroom needs, I was there to assist them
• Was also responsible for preparing lunches for the students
