Senior lead for Pratt & Whitney Products by working alongside industry leaders,including OEM's and Authorized Service Providers in aviation. Provide oversight for engines undergoing overhaul or repair at contracted facilities. Coordinate of engine modifications to ensure needs of the customer are met and not exceeded. Provide inspection of the engine after disassembly and advise on internal condition's and the effects on shop visit cost. Prepare of technical engine condition reports. Scrap component review to identify parts which have inadvertently or incorrectly been rejected and request engineering review to restore parts to service. Review and confirmation of test cell results. Coordinate shop event planning with service providers anticipate service bulletin and bill of material pre-order prior to engine shop visit. Work with OEM to prioritize critical parts to expedited turn tim,es. Coordinate arrival and repair activity with MRT to ensure timely RTS of aircraft. Development and review of engine shop visit proposal and cost estimate review to identify cost savings opportunities. Life limited part review.
