Compliant and dedicated worker with experience in construction, grounds-keeping, security, and maintenance. I have had the opportunity to learn many trades within construction and landscape industries. These trades include installing drywall, air ducts, tree trimming, landscaping, roofing, and assembly line. My position at Trepte allowed me to learn how to lay tile, waterproof decks and planters, working on swing stages and waterproofing windows.

My Transferrable skills from my current job:

I successfully manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast pace work environment. I consistently complete tasks and maintain high standards despite challenging conditions. I have safety awareness experience working with hazardous materials and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Which is essential in corrections.

I multi task which gives me the ability to quickly adjust to new challenges and handling problems calmly and effectively.

These skills I will apply in a correction officers role is my dependability, attention to detail and safety and cleanliness. Well suited to maintaining secure and orderly conditions that are required in a prison.
