- Install assembly onto engine, torque fittings to spec
- Install safety cable, torque stripe
- General purpose cleaning, for the removal of all contamination such as oxides, grease, oil, scale and corrosion
- Borescope inspection when required to look for any FOD
- Other cleaning methods such as abrasive cleaning and purging with nitrogen
- Cleaning class levels according to specs, class levels 2, 3, 4, and 5
- Proof & leak, responsible for staging, installing, safety cable, torque stripe set up, Pressure testing, leak detection, and de-staging
- Operate test cell instrumentation and use computer network systems, as well as test units as described in the test instruction
- Accept or reject test units based on calculated test data and results
- Perform work according to procedures, specifications and test instructions
- Proof testing Turbo Injectors Hydrostatically & Leaked checked with Helium
- Familiar with Intelli-Test Automated pressure system
- 10 ksi Pneumatic high pressure system, 30K PSI hydrostatic test system
- Proof & leak Trainer.
- STARLINK user terminal assembly
- Testing user terminals to make sure they work properly
- Experience with insulating tubes using Cryogel & Zotek
- Authorized Overseer buy off.

- Evaluate the fixtures for alignment, precision and strength and confirm them with standard measurements

- Performed operations with assembly jigs and fixtures provided, attaching parts together
- Operations performed such as Drilling holes, reaming and countersink according to work instructions
- Operations such as setting up frames and stringers, attaching stringer clips on frames and stringers
- Also setting up doublers on the skin, installing nut plates and filet seal when required
- Installed various types of rivets, cherry rivets, flush rivets (ZNA) (ZNB), Round head rivets, (ATZ) (BJ)
- Another Type of Fastener used was Hi-loks, flush and flat head
- (XEM) & (XEL)
- Bucking or shooting Rivets to attach and assemble detail parts to structural parts and complete assembly due to the work order provided
- Experienced with various types of rivet squeezers.
