• Vice President over Inspection and Mechanical services Global Workforce Management that includes technical and safety training, recruiting, hiring and onboarding lifecycle, project management, global workforce technician planning and staffing, TEAM flying squads for Inspection and Mechanical Services and TEAM staffing group casual/variable labor management

• Responsible for the Global workforce manning group providing the company with Global visibility of the workforce scheduling, utilization reports, forecasting and technician’s intake.
• Global standardization of scheduling controls, training and certifications, process and procedures.
• Operationally delivery of a fit for purpose workforce to support the organization:
• Heavily supported the Global ERP and Business process implementation "Quote to Cash"
• Managed multiple P&L across all segments

• Operations Manager directly responsible for leading the operations manning group, training team, area technician and supervisors
• Operations budget and P&L responsibility
• Utilization and revenue forecasting
• Delivery of skilled technicians globally to any customer
• Responsible to investigate and deal with all instances resulting in any violations or complaints
• Introduce KPI, measure and monitor as well as the forecasting of yearly budgets and costing within the field services
• Identify improvements, cost effective savings, implement key strategic initiatives and key processes ensuring safety and quality are met at all times
• Monitoring and reporting to the executive board all operational activity and leadership of the support staff and supervisors (30) technicians (160)

• I have lived, worked and served in many countries around the world including the Falkland Island, Kosovo, Bosnia, N Ireland, S Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain along with having lived/served in England, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Norway and Netherlands
