Corona virus has caused varied lingering health issues in patients-including shortness of breath, "brain fog", weakness, cardiac issues, renal issues, blood clots with significant quality of life impairment. This program was developed to address these issues and return patients to an improved quality of life.

Developed a Headache Center providing a unique multidisciplinary approach to the treatment and potential resolution of Migraine headaches through a combination of modalities- medication, interventional procedures and surgery. Cooperative effort with Neurology, Pain management and Surgery. Provide education to other Health Care Professionals and the Community.

• Provided patients and families with in-depth information about conditions and treatment plans.
• Educated medical professionals on effective strategies for managing acute and long-term requirements of different patients.
• Assessed case presentations, differential diagnosis and evidence-based practices of each professional.

Coordinated COVID response for Department of Medicine. Development of interdisciplinary action plan for COVID response. Responsible for staffing, quality issues, scheduling and care of patients. Expansion of telehealth for Outpatient Services to provide care during the COVID pandemic. Responsible for all patient care issues. During the Covid pandemic- responsible for staffing,credentialing, protocols,response teams and oversight of patient care. Also responsible for education of students,trainees and faculty. Oversight of safety measures for staff, students and patients.

Outpatient Faculty Practice responsible for ongoing care of large outpatient group of Primary Care Patients. Prior Director Emergency Service Montefiore Medical Center- Weiler Division 1991-1996. Responsible for Staffing and Scheduling of Emergency Service and Medical Floors, Quality Improvement-Director- responsible for chart reviews, counseling and Quality Improvement programs. Prior Subinternship Director of the Einstein College of Medicine- Education of fourth year medical students. Preceptor- third year medical students of Einstein College of Medicine. Service Attending- responsible for patient care, Resident, intern and medical student teaching.
