• Designer, implementer, and coordinator of the HCS Instructional Resource Toolkit, a resource partnerships program that entails coordinating partnerships with 20+ school divisions in Virginia and Pennsylvania.

● Earned consistent Superior ratings at Virginia State Concert Assessment, including the distinction of Virginia Honor Band and Virginia Blue Ribbon School of Music.
