Since 1976, I have been in the Design / Construction / Inspection Field in one way or another.
Early on I was at Watchtower where I was a Draftsman working on Building Design also in the construction field of concrete, framing and roofing. After a few years I moved on to Machine and Mechanical Design.
In the early '80s, I was an Engineering Aide in the Survey and Road Design area. Underwater Bridge Surveys and Highway Design were also involved.
After getting married, I got back into the Construction field of General Contracting and Remodeling. As the years went by this turned into Caretaking and Inspecting many homes that were not in every day use. If anything went wrong on their house or property it was my responsibility to keep it in good shape.
About 2005 I got back into doing Field and Home Inspections, in New York and Arizona. I have been an Independent Contractor for a number of major Inspection Companies since then, Site surveys and Inspections through the entire building process, from start to finish on many projects over the years.
