Joined a existing sales team of 11 outside sales consultants. KM specializes in kitchen and bath design and remodel only. Extensive use of 2020 and Cabinet Vision programs. Kitchen Mart builds its own custom cabinetry using state of the art CNC equipment. Kitchen Mart also offered Kraftmaid as a second line but discontinued that product line in 2021. Additional kitchen and bath product lines include BCI Acrylics, custom stone and tile work, Cambria Quartz, Silestone Quartz, Caesar Stone, Piedrafina, Kohler, Moen, and Delta.
Maintained a $2M gross sales pace for 2019 and set a new high monthly sales record for Kitchen Mart in August of 2019. Continued to increase sales through 2020 and 2021 with gross annual sales exceeding 3.7M per year for 2021 and 2022. Continuing that pace for 2023.
Responsible for remodel and construction sales and design services for new and existing client base. Learned and utilized 2020 Cabinet Designed Program. ADH offered Timberlake cabinetry as well as Omega/MasterBrands cabinetry. Specialized in kitchen design and remodel consultation, bath remodel design and consultation, counter tops, exterior siding, windows, flooring and additions. Bath product lines include BCI Acrylics, Cambria Quartz, Kohler, Moen and Delta. Exterior products included Hardi Siding, Milgard and Simonton Windows. Maintained a sales pace between 2 and 2.5M per year in gross sales. Consulted for ADH as an advisor/sales manager while they set up tracking and data for the sales department. Trained new sales manager to take over role so I could concentrate soley on sales. Helped company implement financing options including Greensky, Enerbank and Wells Fargo. Helped grow the sales department from 4 sales reps to 10.
Perform in home sales and design presentations for bath remodeling. Closed nearly 1.8M in sales (2.2M gross) for 2016 as of one of the top three sales reps in the U.S. for Re-Bath. Projects included full bath remodels, some with heavy construction and re-design elements. Product lines include Re-Bath proprietary, Cambria, Jenson, Bertch, Toto, Daltile, Forzastone, Moen and others. Provided clients with numerous financing options including Ygrene. Re-Bath is also the exclusive bath remodel contractor for Home Depot in the three major Bay Area Home Depot districts.
Performed in home sales and design presentations including full kitchen projects. Started training HVAC and window replacements programs just prior to leaving for Re-Bath.
Provided general home and commercial construction services to client base throughout California. Performed all aspects of home repair and light remodel construction for private residences and commercial properties including kitchen and bath remodel, siding, window and door replacement.
Responsible for the overall management of a 350+ unit fleet of construction and transportation vehicles as well as personnel and service facilities in several locations.
Implemented a preventative maintenance program reducing average vehicle down-time and simultaneously lowering overall division costs. Streamlined all maintenance and procurement processes resulting in substantially improved service volume aided by improved vendor support. Managed vendor relations and negotiated all service and parts agreements. Maintained full compliance measure with CHP BIT requirements resulting in a six year exemption from the normal biannual inspection mandate. Directed new vehicle and equipment specification and purchasing, as well as administrated asset depreciation, utilization rates, and insurance liabilities.
