This includes having direct responsibility for managing the daily operational and sales activities of the full-service event technology operation of a primary venue in addition to direct reporting responsibilities for financial, operational, and sales performance for additionally assigned locations. As Area Director, I also supervise and develop venue leaders and assists in directing and implementing activities that support the company initiatives.

Production and music business related services that were specialized to the Contemporary Christian Music and Christian Rock markets. These included promotion and production management for large concert events, concert venue production management, booking agent, tour management, as well as major label artist management.

Hilton Arlington - Responsible for day-to-day operations including set up and operation of equipment and services, labor scheduling, and equipment acquisition.
