  • New Orders: assign to installer, fax or email all order information to installer to go do job site inspection and measure.
  • Enter sizes and site inspection information into file, compare to contact to be sure everything is measured and matches the sizes sold.
  • Check to be sure all the money is collected, and order is ok to order in regard to money.
  • Check if HOA approval before placing order.
  • Check to see if city permit is needed, if so, be sure it is filed.
  • If not follow up with salesperson or customer to get the HOA approval before placing order.
  • Check to see if City Permit is needed if so, be sure it is in file, if not follow up with salesperson, customer, and the company that gets our permits for us.
  • Place order with the MFG, compare quote to what is ordered, after all is correct sign off on the quote to send into production.
  • Enter order number, date, and factory bill in computer.
  • Compare installer’s bill to order to be sure it is correct.
  • Scan everything that has not yet been scanned into the file.
  • Customer Service: Take all calls from customers regarding status of orders, measures, or install dates.
  • Take all complaint calls and kudos calls regarding installation.
  • Service Department: Take all service calls for product or installation.
  • Write up the service for installer or factory and send to the installers or factory to do the service needed.
  • Enter completed service information from installers or factory.
  • Salespersons: Order all samples as needed and any other factory support items needed.
  • Take calls and answer questions or just about everything regarding products, installations and HOA.
