A dependable and organized professional adept at handling diverse priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. Demonstrated commitment to assuming additional responsibilities to achieve team objectives. Proven capacity to take initiative and lead when required, coupled with a keen enthusiasm for continual learning and growth.
I began my career journey as a painter and subsequently transitioned to roles as a fitter/welder before transitioning into quality control around 2006/2007. Throughout my tenure in quality control, I have attained notable certifications including the CWB Welding Supervisor Certification and UT Level 2 qualification, accruing sufficient hours to qualify for ASNT UT Level 2 certification.
During the economic recession, I actively contributed by filling in across various departments within the Elizabethton facility, undertaking responsibilities spanning nearly every department. For a significant period, my focus was on QA order clarity, involving the meticulous review of shop drawings before their implementation, and collaborating closely with drafting teams to effect necessary modifications and enhancements.
Over the past decade, I've served as a pivotal point of contact for field services, actively participating in the investigation and resolution of field-related issues. During my last 2 years at the Elizabethton facility I performed the Production Control Laser Nesting duties, managing the efficient allocation of resources, while simultaneously maintaining ongoing communication and support for field services regarding quality matters in the field.
