  • Communicate directly with the C-130 System Program Office (SPO) and AFRC A4 C-130 Engineering Division, as well as interacting within the Depot Level Maintenance Team (DLT) and Contract Field Teams (CFT), sharing breadth of experience that includes a technical and business background.
  • Managed the customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction expectations through proactive communication, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
