US NAVY Veteran, I Served 4 years as a Logistic Specialist. Being promoted 5 times in that time span ultimately earning 6 Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medals. I never received any disciplinary actions or displayed bad conduct. Being a trailblazer and mind over matter type of person, I was put in a leadership position earlier than most in my career. While in my supervisor role I built a culture that led to an increase in productivity. Leading & Training all sailors under me in my department to success resulting in the great development & promotion of 3 sailors. I was a model leader, sailor and example of what should be replicated.
