- Created the defensive playbook and principles for every upcoming season. This includes the 4-2-5 or 3-3 broken stack, coupled with the umbrella spill principles.
- Completed two 12 hour long courses on the 4-2-5 and 3-3 stack defense through JDFB coaching systems, studying the intricacies of both formations in addition to the principles and rules attached to them.
- Leading all defensive scouting including allocating position coaches focuses on a weekly basis, and creating game plans based on opponents' weaknesses and strengths vs our teams weaknesses and strengths.
- Devising practice plans on a week to week basis preparing for the upcoming oppponet as well as making adjustments to any shortcomings that have arose from the previous week.
- Having constant meetings with each indvidual postion coach to ensure players are progressing. Also checking in on regressing players to build a plan to get them back on track in any area needed (football, school, personal).

- Increased special teams efficiency over two years giving up 70% fewer touchdowns on kick-offs and punts as well as scoring a career-high three touchdowns on the season.
