Work History

General Manager, Analyst and Advisor relations

UST
01.2015 - Current

I manage strategic partnerships with Analyst & Advisors globally to drive top line revenue and establish UST brand as a leader. This business development role is heavily focused on building and nurturing trusted relationships with Analysts and Advisors and through them, propel significant business growth of UST services, products, and platforms. The relationship with analysts enables me to help shape UST's GTM strategy for digital products.

Led several large-scale deals end-to-end from Request for Proposal (RFP) stage to Statement of Work (SOW) closure. As the pursuit lead, I pulled together cross functional winning teams while managing relationships with the client and the sourcing advisors. Some examples-

  • ITO and BPO outsourcing deal at healthcare payer with TCV $900M
  • Cybersecurity and Infrastructure deal with shipping/mailing company with TCV $90M
  • Digital Operations and Infrastructure deal with national healthcare payer with TCV $150M
  • Cloud transformation and DC hosting deal with elevator company with TCV $100M
  • Persistent Agile implementation at an airline with TCV $75M
  • Cloud and Application Infrastructure deal in public sector with TCV $120M

Institutionalized the Analyst & Advisor Relations program from ground up by developing company positioning, differentiation and messaging leading to increased positive mentions in analyst reports, analyst influenced short listing recommendations, turned cautions into strengths and grew analyst influence of inbound initiatives into a center of excellence.

Established Cybersecurity headquarters in Israel and created CyberProof, a security services company fully owned by UST that intelligently manages an organization's incident detection and response. CyberProof is recognized as a Leader by Forrester, ISG and HFS.

Developed effective business plans to align strategic decisions with long-term objectives.

Drove year-over-year business growth while leading operations, strategic vision and long-range planning.

Organized budgets, oversaw P&Ls and achieved margin targets consistently to stay on track with growth plans.
