  • Taking on the duties of someone far above my role almost immediately, becoming the primary billing and company contact for day to day tow operations within the Call Center.
  • Keeping a tight schedule and workload around meetings, conferences, emergency situations, coaching opportunities, etc.
  • Managing client relations on a day to day basis between our executives and other companies', solving issues as they arise and finding ways to improve the processes we use.
  • Seeking and applying knowledge to all fields within our company; learning the vital parts of subrogation, maintenance, billing, claims handling etc.
  • Trying to treat both customers and fellow employees how I myself would want to be treated; essentially just being an employee others would do well to emulate.
