Taking on the duties of someone far above my role almost immediately, becoming the primary billing and company contact for day to day tow operations within the Call Center.
Keeping a tight schedule and workload around meetings, conferences, emergency situations, coaching opportunities, etc.
Managing client relations on a day to day basis between our executives and other companies', solving issues as they arise and finding ways to improve the processes we use.
